These terms cover LazyEight, made by Lazy Eight LLC (“we”, “us”), and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Your agents act for you

LazyEight agents use your Mac, your browser sessions and the accounts you give them. What they do with your approval, or in auto mode, is done on your behalf. Check what you approve, and keep payments and anything important behind your approval.

Other services

Websites, AI model providers, Google, Notion, Telegram, Apple and other services have their own terms. You are responsible for following them when your agents use those services.

Acceptable use

Do not use LazyEight to break the law, harm others, or get into accounts or systems you have no right to use.

No warranty

LazyEight is in development and is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI models make mistakes. Check important results yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lazy Eight LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by actions your agents take.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and this page shows the date of the last change. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
